Car manufacturers usually recommend that air conditioning is recharged every two years. Car air conditioning is not checked as part of a standard MOT, and a normal car service will not check or re-gas your car aircon unless you request it. All cars manufactured since 2017 are required by law to use R1234YF refrigerant gas in their air conditioning units. We can provide this refrigerant if your vehicle requires it.
